Baby’s First Foods

It's okay to take your time when starting with solid foods. Most babies will start to show interest in solid foods and have the motor skills to control their body, head and neck around 6 months. As your baby gets a little older, you can gradually add more variety and types of foods to her diet. Next thing you know, you'll be able to offer your baby foods the rest of the family is eating.
